Vehicle Reservation Terms & Conditions
Your Reservation
Upon placing your reservation for an EdisonFuture vehicle, you are securing a priority spot for allocation and delivery of your vehicle. The timing and production timelines will be shared when more information is known. Your reservation agreement includes paying a reservation fee. Your reservation is confirmed once EdisonFuture receives your application and a valid payment for reservation.
How It Works
Your reservation is not a legally binding offer and does not automatically result in a purchase contract for a reserved vehicle. As EdisonFuture moves closer to production, you will be notified of the timeline. Upon this notification, you may opt in to purchase the vehicle through a purchase contract. This purchase contract includes pricing of vehicle, vehicle selection options, applicable taxes, transportation fees, and miscellaneous fees such as title and registration. Should you complete the purchase contract, your initial reservation will be applied to the price listed in the purchase contract. You will have the ability to cancel your reservation at any time before your execution of the purchase contract, and your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
Terms and Conditions
EdisonFuture will hold your reservation fee in a dedicated holding account. Reservations are fully reimbursable at any time until the execution of the purchase contract. Upon a cancellation of a reservation, only the amount paid will be reimbursed to the original form of payment or a substitute, verifiable payment method. Interest or fees will not be added to the initial reservation.
Your EdisonFuture reservation is not transferable to any party, whether an individual or broker, without the express written consent of EdisonFuture. Assignments are not permitted to any third-party leasing companies nor to any third-parties who are not affiliated/related to the reservation holder. By placing this reservation fee, you are not ordering or purchasing a vehicle and this fee does not guarantee you vehicle delivery. Your reservation fee also does not guarantee a set price for the vehicle. Additional changes/modifications to these terms and conditions may apply.
Communications and Privacy
EdisonFuture will communicate with each reservation holder via email, and in future additional information may be requested. Your information will be used for purchase confirmation and following the delivery of the vehicle, will be retained under the Privacy Policy in EdisonFuture’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
